You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior staff. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures Support day-to-day clinical coordination and workflow within the Cath Lab Act as a role model and resource for less experienced team members Collaborate with cardiologists, radiographers, and allied health professionals Contribute to clinical governance, safety, and quality initiatives About You: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Cath Lab Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in a senior nursing capacity Postgraduate qualifications in Cardiology or Critical Care (desirable) Why Join This Hospital?
